How do I register the software?
You MUST download the 30-day trial version of the software
before it can be registered. During your 30-day trial period you
may register at any time. After you register, the Register
button in the program will turn into an Upgrade button providing
easy access to updates.
What kind of computer do I need, and what
are the system requirements?
The Calnique™ Custom Calendar & Organizer is only available to
P.C. users. We recommend you have at least a 500 Megahertz
processor with 64 Megabytes of RAM installed.
Is the registration for Calnique™ per
year? Or Lifetime?
The registration is Lifetime, not per year. It includes all
future upgrades, additions and improvements.
How will I get my free upgrades?
Calnique™ has a built in auto-updater that checks for the most
current update whenever you're online and signed into Calnique™.
Or, you may elect to turn this feature off, and activate your
upgrade by selecting the Upgrade button in the calendar. In any
case, we will notify everyone at the website when a new version
is available.
How can I make a suggestion for the next
version of Calnique™?
After you register Calnique™ or become an Affiliate, you will
have access to the Lounge at the website. Here we have forums
and discussions where suggestions about new features and
Marketing ideas are always welcome.
How do I get technical support?
Any time you have a question regarding the use of the
Calnique™, simply Contact Us and we will respond within 24 hrs. Or, you may post your
question in the forums and a response will be
promptly given.
